3rd Class
Do 2 rows of x9 speedy tables on Monday, 3 on Tuesday, 4 on Wednesday/Thursday and Friday
Do Mental Maths Tests 15-18 each day Monday to Thursday (If you can,email them on Friday)
Maths Together Worksheets: (10-14): Circle the 9s in the 100 square, list the multiples of 9 etc
Do (10-15) and (10-16) on Friday maybe after you have practised 9s
Revision of 3s,6s and 9s (10-17) Try 4 sums each day

CM p.96 number 8:
Word problems involving subtracting metres and centimetres. * The big number always goes on top and remember to rename if needed.
Write down the sums on your white board and subtract them, then copy it into your maths copy.
CM p.96 number 2 :Multiply metres and centimetres by a unit. Do on the whiteboard and then put it in your copy.
Read the section about Kilometres at the bottom of page 97. 1 Kilometre =1,000 metres.
CM p.98
Can you work out the answers to number 2. Look at the 1st yellow box on p.98 and see how to change metres to Km and m and try no.3. Then look at the 2nd yellow box and see howto change Km and m into metres only and try no.4 (remember you need 4 digits Th,H,T,U you might need to put in a zero!)
CM p.99 no.1 and 2: Adding and subtracting Km and m with renaming. Do no.2 in copy
4th Class Length continued….
CM p.100: Perimeter: the total length of all the sides ie ADD all the sides.
Do no.1 and write the answer inside the shape. Don’t forget to write cm!
If you have a ruler at home you can do no.2 p.100 also
*Keep practising long multiplication every day or 2. Use you 9s
